From professional recording to musicians seeking a dream studio like what one of their musical heroes uses, we custom design every solution. Beyond the design and installation of the studio, we train clients how to use the equipment and rigs to get the most out of it. Our insider contacts in the professional audio and music world give us an ability to procure and furnish our clients with any imaginable gear needed.

Education resources

Another benefit of working with our team are the connections and relationships we've built through our experience. A good example: we partner with authorized Pro Tools training centers including TRAC (The Recording Arts Center) to connect studio owners with people who can provide in-depth Pro Tools education in person and through Berklee Online for online learning.

Our people

Richard Fisher leads and oversees Dustone's consultants. The team includes Grammy Award winning and nominated audio engineers: Oz Fritz (Tom Waits, Bill Laswell), Paul Dieter (Jackson Browne, 10,000 Maniacs, and David Crosby), and Richard Fisher (Mickey Hart, Zakir Hussain, Bonnie Raitt, Booker T, Sean Lennon, Money Mark and The Dead), Bob Bralove (Stevie Wonder and The Grateful Dead). Andrew Calvo, who worked many years for Digidesign/AVID and BIAS, focuses on sales and marketing, MI manufacturer and retail relationships and operations. Mike Freitas, is a senior technical writer for Avid, maker of Pro Tools, providing technical and creative support.
